How many people can attend your workshops?
We can deliver one on one session, as well as run a session with up to 20 people.
Do I need to bring anything?
Not at all. All the materials are provided. Ideally, wear comfortable clothes.
How can I book a workshop?
You can book any session through our website. Simply select the workshop you're interested in, choose a suitable date and time, and proceed to checkout.
What is the workshop duration?
It all depends on the desired session. Typically, our workshops last anywhere from 1 to 1h30, so that you have enough time to fully enjoy it.
Do you have a venue?
No, as a mobile workshop we come to you, we supply everything so you will only need enough space and seats for the amount of attendees. Office meeting rooms are usually big enough to accommodate everyone.
Do you offer virtual workshops?
Yes of course. We'll sent you all the materials ahead of time.
Can I book a private workshop for a party or event?
Absolutely yes. We offer private workshops for group events such as birthdays, team-building activities, hen parties, and more. Contact us at info@belleand awakened to discuss your requirements and tailor a memorable creative experience for your group.
Is previous experience required to attend your workshops?
Not at all. we'll guide you throughout the session to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and fulfilling creative experience.
How much do your workshops cost?
Our prices vary depending on the type of workshop, from £18 up to £39.

CUSTOM PHONE CHARMS RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items are made to order with love and are inspected before sending out.
As much as I hope you love your purchase, I appreciate that sometimes this isn’t always the case. However due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns.
Please note patterns and colours may vary from the photo. We do not offer refunds unless items arrive damaged or not as described. We can offer exchange or credit note if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase.
We are happy to repair most faults. Please email a picture of your damaged accessory to discuss possible options.
We do not cover the postage costs for exchange/repair. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your item(s) as you will be responsible for the parcel until it reaches back to us.
We do accept cancellations if order is cancelled within 2 to 3 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, any later than this, we may be unable to cancel it as it may already be shipped.
